Hi,
I'd like to add something to last Thursday's lesson on finding an initial way in to Othello. I asked everyone to bring in personal stories of an immigrant experience (and we heard some powerful stories) or of feeling like an outsider.
What similar type of lesson could you think of if you were teaching another classic drama or classic lietrature say for Steinbeck's The Pearl, or Dicken's Oliver Twist or Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet?
